Amy has always been a creative and imaginative person. She has been into the arts since she was a young girl and knew that one day her passion and dream of being a designer would become a reality. She went to college in Portland, OR to study sales and marketing. Not quite ready to share her designs with the public she went back to school to study in the medical field. She then became a Certified Medical Assistant & Orthopedic Technician. After several years of putting aside her aspirations in design, she became anxious to get back into that world. She married her love and with his support she started her business, Junghwa by Amy Stewart. She split her time between her shop and her 9-5 job. The happy couple soon welcomed their first child. She knew right then and there that she wanted to be at home with her son as much as possible. So, she left her career as a CMA and dove head first into her business full-time. This brand was not started on a whim and you can see the dedication in her work.   

Junghwa designs are simple, yet elegant and can be worn everyday with ease. Each piece is handmade with care and beautifully packaged ready for gifting.
