Contact us if you would like to add insurance to your order prior to shipment. The fee is based on total value and is generally minimal. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Yes! We are here to help. If you need your item shipped sooner than the processing times listed above, please contact us prior to purchase to ensure we are able to meet your deadline. Most orders can be rushed. We just ask that you give us prior notification as all items are made to order and require some time to make. No additional fees are required for rushing the processing time on your order. Rings may not be eligible for rush orders around holidays. Please order accordingly.
Every item will be sent out in our signature gift packaging, which includes a velvet pouch, pretty gift box and bow. A gift note can be included by request. If the item is being shipped to you we can include a blank note card. Just let us know. If you would like to combine your items into fewer pouches and boxes or do not require any gift packaging, contact us for a shipping discount.
All orders ship out of Washington, United States. Standard shipping is USPS first class mail. Shipping can be upgraded to USPS priority or express mail for an additional fee at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided for all domestic shipping methods. Shipping upgrades do not shorten the processing times. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us prior to purchase to confirm.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES WITHIN THE US
USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 business days (standard)
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days (upgrade)
USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days (upgrade)
First class international shipping can take 2-6 weeks for delivery, depending on how long it takes for the package to clear customs. USPS does not provide a tracking number, only a customs barcode number (or reference number). Delivery status is rarely updated. "Acceptance" means that the package was accepted by the post office for delivery, and does not mean that it was "delivered". International shipping times vary and are only estimates. If you need a tracking number for international shipping, a priority shipping upgrade is required. If you need it to be guaranteed in less than 3 weeks, express international shipping is required.
INTERNATIONAL VAT / DUTY / CUSTOMS FEES
Your country (outside the United States) may charge a VAT/duty/customs fee to receive your parcel. We cannot be responsible for any charges. It is applied by your local customs office and we have no control over that. Your country's post office may also charge handling fees for delivery. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order.
Yes, we accept some custom orders depending on the request. If you would like a length or color option that is not listed, please contact us to check availability. We can make some alterations to what is shown on the site, such as; custom stamped messages, custom sized tags, and different materials. Email us at email@example.com for more information.
Returns or exchanges?
Items can be returned if there is a defect or the wrong item was shipped. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date and prior authorization must be obtained. Items must not be worn and all gift packaging must be included. Exchanges can be made on most items, excluding stamped or custom pieces, as long as it has not been worn and prior authorization has been obtained. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. If return or exchange is being made because of an error on our part we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
